To be honest, I want to know the answer as well. There's no answer to this, so just choose whatever you feel like you want the most. That's why I don't recommend using this on Macbooks or Windows or whatever notebook PCs with weak CPU.īut it's really up to you. It's faster than average as well, with the only problem that it consumes a lot of memory. According to their website, there's one million way to customize your browser, even the address bar position if you didn't know. I've been really impressed by their speed/snappiness in getting web pages up, compared to Firefox's lagginess when adblockers and/or other.

I know you didn't mention it, but if you are a custom guy & have a decent enough desktop, then I recommend Vivaldi. In response to goldfinger and some other members, on the merits of Slimjet & QupZilla web browsers compared to Firefox, I had a go with both of these & compared them to Firefox for myself. Well, what kind of customs can you expect from a browser that says "You are not a product"? And to be honest it won't really matter to me because I'm sorta a minimalist guy. Customization is quite disappointing as well. However I feel like it's too much of a hassle to click on an ad every time it pops up. You have to look at the advertisement in return for some BATs, which are Brave Currencies that can be used to tip whoever you support. But in return you get a so-called "Sponsored Ads". Blocks any ad, and it can even disable fingerprinting (although that breaks the site so not recommended). Now I'm not the most fan of Brave, but at least it's BETTER than other browsers. Not to mention Opera is owned by a Chinese company. Opera GX might be appealing for "Gamers" but all they have is a RAM, CPU Limiter and everything else is the same, including speed (at least to me). Had Opera GX, switched to Vivaldi, switched again to Brave, been with it for some time now.
